Gelato vs. Frozen Yogurt
Alright so here we go about something that has caught my attention recently…well more like yesterday, but anywho I am going to break it down a little for those of you who might be wondering about it too! Well which tastes better and which is healthier: Gelato or FroYo?
Let’s put it this way, Gelato tastes just like what the flavor is and FroYo not soo much. Basically there is a lot less air in gelato so the denseness of the the gelato allows for more flavor to go in, whereas the FroYo has some air. I still vote for FroYo as long as I live where I live and just maybe will change my perception as I hopefully will end up in Italy one day! I also wanna say that FroYo is better because of all the benefits you get from the yogurt that stands as its base.
